Payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:

We deliver to Germany and to the countries displayed to you for selection during the ordering process.

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We charge a flat shipping fee of €2.99 per order.
For orders of €29.00 or more, we deliver free of shipping costs.

Deliveries abroad (including Switzerland):
We charge a flat shipping fee of €8.50 per order for deliveries abroad.
For orders of €49.00 or more, we deliver abroad free of shipping costs.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes or fees may be incurred which are not levied by us and are to be borne by you.

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, goods are delivered within Germany within 1-2 working days, and for deliveries abroad within 2-3 working days after conclusion of the contract (where prepayment has been agreed, after the date of your payment instruction).

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be sent in a single shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Via PayPal Checkout:

Which payment methods are available to you in the individual case may depend on the country of delivery and the order value and will be displayed to you during the ordering process.

Returns

In the event of withdrawal, the buyer bears the direct costs of returning the goods. Please send returns to: Soapi GmbH, Danziger Straße 16, 10435 Berlin. How you can declare your withdrawal is explained in our cancellation policy.
