Legal guarantee of conformity
All goods sold in the European Union come with a legal guarantee of conformity of at least two years. It is free of charge for you and is not limited by any additional commercial guarantee. The notice below is the harmonised EU notice on those rights.
10-year guarantee of durability on the Soapi
In addition to the legal guarantee, we give you a producer’s guarantee of durability of ten years on the magnetic soap holder Soapi. It is free of charge, covers the entire product and is shown by the EU GARAN label.
If your Soapi breaks within those ten years, we repair or replace it free of charge. An email to info@thesoapi.com with proof of purchase and a photo is enough. And even after that we keep repairing your Soapi for as long as spare parts are available.
