Legal guarantee of conformity
All goods sold in the European Union come with a legal guarantee of conformity of at least two years. It is free of charge for you and is not limited by any additional commercial guarantee. The notice below is the harmonised EU notice on those rights.
10-year guarantee of durability on the Soapi
In addition to the legal guarantee, we give you a producer’s guarantee of durability of ten years on the magnetic soap holder Soapi and on the magnetic key holder, because it is the same component. It is free of charge, covers the entire product and is shown by the EU GARAN label. For all other items, that is soaps, solid shampoos, kitchen towels and accessories, the legal guarantee of conformity applies.
If your Soapi breaks within those ten years, we repair or replace it free of charge. An email to info@thesoapi.com with proof of purchase and a photo is enough. And even after that we keep repairing your Soapi for as long as spare parts are available.
If something breaks
Then we send you a replacement, and you do not have to send anything back. In practice only the adhesive sticker is ever affected, and we send you a new one free of charge by post. If the housing or the magnet is ever affected, you get a complete new Soapi, also free of charge.
An email to info@thesoapi.com with proof of purchase and a short description is enough, a photo helps. You fit the sticker yourself, it takes a minute, the instructions are under Instructions and FAQ.
If you would like several stickers in reserve straight away: they are available in the shop for 1 euro each. In the case of wilful damage we decide on a case-by-case basis.
